You are not imagining the change

When your sleep, focus, mood, or body suddenly feels unfamiliar, “just live with it” is not a plan.

Hot flashes and night sweatsSleep disruptionBrain fog and fatigueMood changesLow libidoVaginal or urinary symptomsCycle changesWeight and body composition changes

These symptoms can reflect perimenopause or menopause. Thyroid disease, iron deficiency, sleep disorders, medication effects, and metabolic conditions can look similar. A careful evaluation helps determine what is actually changing.

A more thoughtful evaluation

Your symptoms deserve attention and the treatment decision deserves care.

Your story matters.

Your symptoms, life stage, history, risks, and goals matter alongside testing.

The prescription is not automatic.

Hormone therapy can be highly effective for the right patient. It is one option among several.

The plan is personal.

Route, dose, formulation, alternatives, and follow up are selected for your clinical picture.

The Fashioned Health approach

A clear decision process. A plan that can change as you do.

01

Understand what changed

Review symptoms, cycles, reproductive stage, medical history, medications, prior treatment, and what better would look like for you.

02

Clarify the cause

Use focused labs or existing records when they answer a clinical question, identify competing causes, or establish a safe baseline.

03

Choose the right option

Discuss benefits, risks, routes, limitations, and alternatives. If hormone therapy is not a fit, you will understand why and what comes next.

04

Measure and adjust

Track symptom response, side effects, health changes, and relevant markers so the plan can be continued, refined, or stopped.

Treatment is individualized

The goal is to find the treatment that fits your health and your priorities.

Menopausal hormone therapy

Systemic estrogen with appropriate uterine protection when indicated, selected around symptoms, timing, history, and risk.

Local symptom treatment

Options for vaginal or urinary symptoms when local treatment is more appropriate than systemic therapy.

Options without hormones

Other established treatments are available when hormones are not preferred, not indicated, or carry an unfavorable risk profile.

Connected metabolic care

Thyroid, sleep, blood sugar, lipids, weight, and cardiovascular risk can be addressed through the same physician relationship.

FDA approved therapies are generally preferred when available. Compounded “bioidentical” products are not automatically safer or more effective.

Questions before you begin

Women’s hormone therapy, explained clearly.

Does every woman with menopause symptoms need HRT?

No. Treatment depends on symptom burden, health history, preferences, contraindications, and competing diagnoses. Some women benefit from hormone therapy; others are better served by nonhormonal care or treatment of another condition.

Do I need hormone labs to diagnose menopause?

Not always. In women over 45 with typical symptoms, menopause is often a clinical diagnosis. Testing is selected when it helps clarify an atypical presentation, investigate another cause, or create a safe baseline.

Is “bioidentical” hormone therapy safer?

“Bioidentical” is not a safety guarantee. Formulation, route, dose, product quality, health history, and monitoring all matter. FDA approved regulated products are generally preferred when available.

Can you help if HRT is not right for me?

Yes. The evaluation is designed to identify the most appropriate path, which may include nonhormonal symptom treatment, local therapy, metabolic or thyroid care, or coordination with another specialist.

What does care cost?

Health Optimization starts at $99 per month. Medication and outside costs may be billed separately. A complimentary fit consultation helps clarify the appropriate level of care before you commit.

Who do you serve?
